What do I do if it has been over six weeks and I have not received a membership packet?

  • If it has been six weeks since the event, please contact the Membership Department by email or phone (719-995-2807) to track the status of your application.
  • You can also check your membership dashboard to see if your membership has been updated.
    • If your membership has been updated, you can print a paper copy of your card should you need it for an upcoming race.
